After looking at several display homes, we chose Kolak Living because they are a smaller company, the builder was professional and easy to communicate with, and we could tell that they were passionate about building a quality modern home at a fair price. The layout of Kolak Living homes are well thought out and appropriate for modern day living. The suppliers that they use have all the latest products and are great to deal with.

Throughout both the design and build process, Kolak Living were flexible with regard to all of our changes and always ensured that we were kept up to date with the progress of the build. Both Gabe and JT were great to work with, very easy going, helpful and have a strong knowledge of the build process. Being locals we took the opportunity to check the property regularly to ensure that our vision was aligned to what was occurring and thankfully they always made themselves available for our visits.

Kolak Living was informative, helpful and professional from beginning to finish of our building process. Gabe kept us continually informed about everything, and included us throughout every stage of the build.
