The Elm has won awards from both the HIA and the MBA for its outstanding design. There are two versions of the floor plan to choose from as well as three different facades to suit your tastes.

The Master Bedroom includes a spacious walk-in-robe and ensuite, and is separated from the other 3 bedrooms for increased privacy. The open plan kitchen/meals/family room allows for plenty of natural light and opens straight onto an optional alfresco. The home also includes a separate lounge/living room to provide your family with extra room to relax.

We can contract build this home on your vacant land, as a knock-down-rebuild, or as part of our house and land packages available in Wright, Coombs, Moncrieff, Throsby, and Denman's Prospect Canberra.

Aspen

The Aspen is a luxurious home, perfect for entertaining with a generous kitchen and walk-in-pantry opening onto the living room and optional alfresco.

The Aspen has been used by Kolak Living as our display home in Coombs. It is one of our most popular designs that is spacious while narrow enough for blocks that have a minimal frontage.

The Aspen includes a large Master bedroom compete with a generous double ensuite and walk-in-robe. The three other bedrooms are all large adult bedrooms that comfortably fit a double bed and side table.

Maple

The Maple is a 4 bedroom masterpiece that provides space and storage in spades.
