We are pleased to have used Kolak Living to build our four bedroom home in Coombs ACT. After looking at several display homes, we chose Kolak Living because they are a smaller company, the builder was professional and easy to communicate with, and we could tell that they were passionate about building a quality modern home at a fair price. The layout of Kolak Living homes are well thought out and appropriate for modern day living. The suppliers that they use have all the latest products and are great to deal with.
Throughout both the design and build process, Kolak Living were flexible with regard to all of our changes and always ensured that we were kept up to date with the progress of the build. Both Gabe and JT were great to work with, very easy going, helpful and have a strong knowledge of the build process. Being locals we took the opportunity to check the property regularly to ensure that our vision was aligned to what was occurring and thankfully they always made themselves available for our visits.
Overall Kolak Living delivered a beautiful quality home well within the timeframe and we would highly recommend this company for others looking to build their new home. Finally a big THANKS to the Kolak Living team for all your hard work on our home!
